Important Date Changes
Parent-Teacher conferences will be on Thursday, Feb. 11 from 4:00-8:00.
We will have school on Friday, Feb. 12 and Monday, Feb. 15. As of right now, we will not have school on the two inclement weather days: April 9 and April 12.
Teachers will have a professional development day on May 21.
Valentine's
Day : Delivery Procedures
Updated – due to weather change to school calendar
1. Deliveries will be accepted between 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
only on Friday, Feb. 12.
2. No balloons will be accepted due to transportation concerns.
3. It would be helpful if the deliveries listed the name of the
recipient’s last hour teacher’s name on the outside of the
envelope.
4. Fletcher School staff will deliver the flowers to individual
students after 2:30 p.m.

Library
Opens to Public
Beginning Tuesday, January 12, the school library will open to the community each Tuesday evening from 5:00-6:30. Please make plans to come next Tuesday to see what we have to offer.
